who is JustLuv?
I have always felt like somewhat of an oddball. As a teenager, I started practicing sitting meditation and yoga, while skateboarding, and making rap music. Although I continued these practices loosely throughout my 20s, my main focus was on hustling, partying, making rap music, and having unhealthy relationships. However, when I turned 30, my unhealthy lifestyle had become unbearable, and I decided to embark on a journey of wellness and fitness. Twelve years later, I have gained some knowledge and experience, and I want to share some of what I have learned. I am a NASM-certified CPT and nutrition consultant and hold a 200-hour yoga teacher training credential.
